If you are not a working woman, you can take a nap during the day as well. It helps to get away from the feeling of tiredness and you stay active. If you are a social freak or love to gossip the whole afternoon, cut it short ladies, you can continue with it later! Now is the time to rest while you can.

Help yourself with a good serving of meals. Eat around 300 extra calories daily, which includes healthy foods like fresh vegetables, fruits, proteins, minerals, vitamins etc. stay away from junk food, it can make you fat. No caffeine! Girls, if you want to stay active, please cut on the cups of coffee that you have throughout the day. Instead drink lots of water or fresh fruit juice. But even after all this, you still feel sleepy, go get that beauty sleep, because you will be having less of it when you have that bundle of joy!
